FAQ's.

Is the service plan annual?

Our standard plans run for 12 months and include an automatic renewal option. Don’t worry — we’ll send you an email a month before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to review or cancel if you’d prefer.

Is VAT included in the pricing?

Yes — all of our prices include VAT, so there are no hidden surprises.

What happens to my warranty if I don't get a service?

Just like a car or a gas boiler, your system needs an annual service to keep your warranty valid. If it isn’t serviced each year, you won’t be able to make a warranty claim.

Do I have to get my servicing by Swift?

You can book your service with any Daikin, Vaillant, or Midea approved installer — but with Swift, you get more than just a heat pump check. We don’t only look after the heat pump itself. We also support the wider heating system behind it — including your radiators and underfloor heating — the parts most manufacturers and service partners won’t touch.

Are there cancellation fees?

If you cancel before having your annual service, there’s no cancellation fee. However, once your heat pump has been serviced, you’ll be charged for the remainder of your 12-month term.

How long do I get to sign up for a servicing plan?

You’ll need to sign up for your service plan within 60 days of your heat pump being commissioned.

What if the repair isn't covered under warranty?

In the unlikely event that a repair isn’t covered under your plan, you’ll just need to cover the £150 standard call out fee and also the cost of repair.

How do I pay?

You’ll pay for your service plan through a fixed monthly Direct Debit over 12 months. The plan renews automatically, but we’ll give you plenty of notice before your 12-month term ends so you can cancel if you’d like to. Your first payment will be taken 30 days after you sign up.

Would Highly recommend

Would highly recommend! After sending my plans over to James at Swift he was able to provide me with a full breakdown quote along with estimates on my running costs within 24 hours. Install went really smooth with minimal downtime. Overall very impressed.

Izzy

Much better price

Would highly recommend for all plumbers. I needed an underfloor heating quote for an extension for my customer and they were able to give a much better price than going to a merchant and a quicker turn around time.

Miles

Great installation experience

Had an amazing installation experience and so far all is working well. Terry the engineer who installed and commissioned the system was fantastic from start to finish. His attention to detail throughout was very much appreciated and ultimately led to a very tidy installation. He kept the working area tidy and cleaned up as he went along. Following installation and commissioning he took us through the operation of the system.
